Enjoy an evening of fine wines from Commanderie de Peyrassol, expertly paired and poured by Alban Cacaret, Manager of La Commanderie de Peyrassol and the Château Peyrassol vineyard.
In collaboration, Head chef Laura de Fillipis has crafted a three-course menu by that will transport you to the sun-kissed landscapes of Provence - featuring sea bream carpaccio, lamb rump and lemon cremeux.

We offer slow cooked lamb shoulder, roast poussin, mushroom pithivier and beef.
All come with roast potatoes, yorkshire puds, honey roasted carrots, greens, parsnip purée and most importantly, gravy.
